In another perspective one of the teacher I believed she just thought she was doing her job and doing what she was taught to do. Ms. Phung thought Jeff Bliss was disrupting the class and continually asked him to leave the classroom. Overall the problem that Ms. Phung had in my perspective is that he could have voiced his opinion in a better way than what was shown in the video. The disruption was caused when everyone started focusing on him instead of the work that was put in front of them. There was plenty of benefits to the meltdown that Jeff Bliss had in the classroom and they all included the students, administrator, and the teachers of the classroom and all classrooms around the world.

A good strategy that could have been used for the category of instruction in this classroom could have been “wait time”. The teacher could have used “wait time” in the classroom allowing the students much needed time to complete their assignment in orderly fashion. After posing a question in the classroom this strategy also allows the students time to process the question, the only downside to this type of strategy in the classroom is that it can be sometimes challenging to instructors. A classroom environment strategy that could have been used in the classroom would have been to encourage all of the students in the classroom to participate. This strategy would have given all of the students in the classroom and opportunity to think and talk about their lesson plan together. This strategy encourages the students to talk to their peers, compare ideas and identify points of the lesson plan. This strategy is very important because it can allow the cultivation of the classroom and encourage more participation. Comparison of ideas in the classroom and also offering more processing time for questions can be helpful to the instructor. The student recognition/leadership strategy would allow rewards to be given for positive and good behavior in the classroom based off of the students leaning. This in turn will encourage good behavior in the classroom and allow it to flourish throughout the classroom. Student recognition/ leadership would also depend on the strategy of recognizing the weaknesses and strengths that are present in the classroom. This strategy will oftentimes have the teachers give out assessments that could be used to recognize the qualities in the
