Equity in multicultural hiring is a hot topic across the country. Just about every industry is concerned about diversity and equity in the hiring process.

The Tree Care Industry
The fact is that equity in multicultural hiring affects the tree care industry and the hiring companies. They are concerned about hiring the individual with experience and the right qualifications.

However, they want to provide equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds to apply and enter the industry on equal standing. The key to multicultural hiring is to expand the search to encompass those that might not fit into the presumed box.
