Wade is one of the most controversial cases, next to same sex marriage ruled on by the Supreme Court. Roe v. Wade decided in 1973, it decided that it was unconstitutional for a state to interfere or ban abortions limited to the mother's life and or the third trimester. This amendment was fought for during the 1960s by feminists and women’s rights activists. This case is a great demonstration on how judicial review as well as the rights for women began to make headway towards equality. Moreover it clearly demonstrates our court of appeals. In today's society selective benefits are very popular and popularly debated by americans and politicians. One being Obama-care (Universal Health Care) for those who work certain hours at lower paying jobs and give them the option to use and apply for obama care. Moreover an increase in Selective benefits has been on the rise for the past years with unemployment benefits being increased, welfare, child tax cuts and much more. However there will be a large bubble in one serious selective benefit, social security. As the baby boomers are moving to age where they can apply for social security. However baby boomers out number the new class of workers. Therefore social security checks will be much less and possibly not be enough to live off
