The Democratic Party is generally in favor of women deserving equal pay, which is ensuring full equality for women. Democrats ensure the results of women who are determined to fight against the societal expectations: "When there are no barriers to entering the workforce on ceilings on advancement, the sky’s the limit for American Women” (“Women”). While they're many obstacles that hinder women in society those who seem to prevail through them are successful. Even though women are blind to the unfair judgement placed upon them, seeking justice for pay equality will put them closer to receiving justice. Hillary believes that “Here’s the bottom line.
