Equal Pay for All

Since the time women joined the workforce there was hesitation from men, men who still believed that women should only be seen in the kitchen or cleaning their home. This pushed women to work harder, they earned their spot working next to men, even if there were some of the opposite sex who still had that out of date mindset. Even though women have come as far as they have, they still have a ways to go. Women today only get a fraction of the money that men do, no matter how much people try to ignore it.
