Equal Opportunity Representative

While I was in the Army I had the chance to become an Equal Opportunity Representative for my Unit. In all of my EO complaints that I dealt with one stood out. Now before I get into the case let me explain the surroundings. I was in a Combat Arms unit which only had men in the unit. Now that being the case I was used to complaints about my soldiers outside the unit when it came to females and how my soldiers treated them during duty hours. In which the issues were dealt with accordingly and in the correct manned.

In this particular case the complaint happened to come from within the unit. A soldier came to me, who happened to be a male Staff Sergeant in my unit and happened to be the same rank as me. His issue was that
