These switches need to be approved by the director, and should be used for purposes like family emergencies, appointments, etc. and not taken advantage of. Staff Lunch Breaks - All staff persons shall have a minimum of a 15-minute relief period during each four hours of work. Adequate supervision of children will be arranged.
Standards of conduct
Little Angel’s employees are expected to respect all rules of conduct concerning the working environment and abide by the following code of conduct while employed with the program:
1) Employees are responsible and accountable for maintaining a healthy and safe environment. While on work, employees will not engage in any activity that is (or gives the appearance of being) unhealthy, unsafe, illegal, immoral or harmful to the agency or its mission, its employees, its clients, or environment.
2) Employees are expected to exhibit high standards of personal integrity and professional conduct.
3) All employees, consultants, and volunteers are expected to respect and promote the unique identity of each child and family and refrain from discrimination or prejudice on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, or

6) Employees must be punctual in reporting for duty at the time and place designated.
7) Employees shall not smoke while conducting activities. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on Little Angels grounds or within 30 feet of entrances to the on Little Angels.
8) Employees shall not participate in fund raising for the program or parent committees.
9) Employees are expected to respect and promote the unique identity of each child and family and refrain from stereotyping or favoritism on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, family of origin, or disability.
10) Employees are expected to refrain from allowing personal matters infringe upon their service to the children and families served.
11) Employees are expected to follow standard safety procedures at all times;
12) Employees are expected to comply with the Confidentiality Policy at all times in all locations- during and before and after work and within the on Little Angels and outside, in the community, at home, or elsewhere.
13) Employees are expected to never leave a child alone or unsupervised while under their
