Then finally the last fight he was able to do was defeat the dragon. Beowulf is Risks death or glory for the greater good of society. Is a strong and responsible leader who reflects the ideals of a the Anglo Saxon society.
Beowulf is an epic Hero because he is on a quest. The first quest he is going on is to try to fight Grendel for the danes. Then the second quest of beowulf Hrothgar begs him to kill grendel's mother because we killed her best friend. Also Beowulf Kills the fire breathing dragon. Beowulf quest was about killing Grendel, Grendel’s mother, and also the fire breathing Dragon.
