The current PA system used an online tool called ePerformance at NYU Langone Medical. NYU Langone Medical Center supports open communication between the employee and administrator. Providing annual performance evaluation to the employees is necessary. The ePerformance appraisal will benefit the supervisor which design the annual goals, valued behaviors and other expectations that are critical for success toward the employee. Also, it develops an environment of ongoing feedbacks and professional improvement. As a result, it will help the employees to improve the overall job duty, meet their goal and their job performance.
