The name of our hotel is the Green is Grass. The concept of our hotel is about green, environmental friendly and sustainable development. We will build our hotel in an island of the Caribbean Sea, named Barbuda. And the location we chose in the island is near the sea. So it not only we can provide the ocean or lagoon view to our guests. But also we can use the nature resource convenient. This paper explain the following of our utilities: Overview of Grass is Green Hotel, materials used for the hotel, electrical systems, laundry, water systems, food and solid waste recycling and HVAC.

The Grass is Green hotel features 88 rooms, and all suites for a maximum family comfort, all rooms have ocean or lagoon view. Different suits are available, from a single family suit, or a double bed room suit, to the Presidential suit. The hotel facilities are, tennis …show more content…
The hotel also contains, two restaurants and a ball room for any special event. The one of the restaurant is Asian style, it can provide the Asian style food because the Asian food is delicious, and most people like that. Also we provide to customers that who do not like Asian food a western restaurant. And all these restaurants have huge windows and near the ocean. This kind of design is to make more sun shine light in room. To make the window like a natural light. Also it is an ocean view to make customers more close to the nature. And each of the restaurant can accommodate 150 people. About banquet room, we supply our banquet room for the grand occasion. The special of it is pillar-less, dramatic sealing and sea view stage.
