Entry Level Job: Choose a job you want to or could apply for in the next 4-5 years. It should be a real job, or a realistic job. Don’t limit yourself to fast food jobs, unless that is what you would want.

What is one weakness you have?
One weakness I have is that I can get distracted easily. I sometimes get sidetracked but it’s usually more when I doing something that doesn’t take a lot of focus. Like when I’m talking to people and forget what I was going to say. I don’t think it will be much of a problem in the workforce.

What is one thing you do well?
One thing I do well is I am friendly with people. I think I would enjoy being a cashier of host and I would do good. I like talking to customers and I consider myself a pretty

- I would like to save up some money for cheerleading so my parents don’t have to pay for it all because it is really expensive. Having some money from a job would really help and I would be willing to work to earn it.

Why Are You Interested in Working for Our Company? - I like to work with people and I think working in the icecream part of Braums would be kind of cool.
I would get to see how the food is made and serve people and cute little kids that come in for ice cream.
How Has School Prepared You For Working at Our Company? - I have a class that helps prepare you for a job. It has helped me alot to be ready for a job and improve my soft skills. Just hanging out with friends at school has helped me become even more of a people person.

Why Should We Hire You?- I would be willing to work hard. I would be happy and try to brighten the workplace. Also because I would totally not eat the ice cream. And also I would really enjoy working there and it can’t be that hard to train someone to scoop ice cream.
