If the task motivated leaders are mainly concerned with reaching the common goal, then relationship motivated is more focused on building the relationship as well as the communication within the team. According to Burns (2014:271), there are 3 leadership styles developed in contingency theory, basing on the degree of freedom or control for the staffs. Authoritarian style is where the decision-making power focus solely on the leader. In the crisis time, authoritarian can be the most appropriate style. However, the problem is that leaders can lose the respect as well as the willingness to follow of people. The second style is democratic, which put the decision-making power in favor of group. On the other hand, leadership theories depend a lot on the context. And the entrepreneurial context is characterized as uncertainty, changes and high-risk. So, in order to understand the role of entrepreneurial behaviors in the organization, one of the approaches to this topic is the concept of entrepreneurial leadership. Entrepreneurial leadership is a style of leadership combining the characteristic of both leadership and entrepreneurship. The overlapping characteristics between leadership and entrepreneurship are visionary, motivator, strategic thinker and learner, emotional intelligent, relationship builder, team player, confidence builder, organization structuring, high tolerant for ambiguity, opportunity-focus (Burns, 2014:277). And entrepreneurial leadership is more focused on influencing individual to achieve a common organizational goal. More importantly, the goal of entrepreneurial leaders is to create an organizational structure that would work effectively without the leader. Renko et al. (2015) states that this leadership style is the combination of contingency and transformational approach. Therefore, entrepreneurial leadership is suitable for organizations of any size or type. Furthermore, the entrepreneurial leader is the central of the team. That’s why it is important for the leader to build not only the organizational characteristic but as well as the management approach. Meaning that, the entrepreneurial leader’s role is to build an organizational culture and structure that are compatible with his leadership style. Burns (2014:275) suggests that for this style, leaders should focus on the attribution of the whole organization rather than of individuals.
