It is important to learn about the history of a language to understand the language better. Hispanic Heritage month celebrates the importance of Hispanic and Latino Americans. I choose Enrique Miguel Iglesias Presley because Enrique Iglesias background interested me. Enrique Iglesias is a famous hispanic singer.
Enrique Miguel Iglesias Presley is from Spain. Enrique Iglesias was born on May 8, 1975 in Madrid Spain. His grandfather was kidnapped and he was sent to Miami to live with his father. Enrique “Iglesias is the son of popular Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, and Isabel Presley, a well-known Madrid socialite.” He is the youngest of three siblings his older sister and brother Chabeli Iglesias and Julio Iglesias, Jr. His mother and father are divorced. In Gulliver Private School he sang in a production called Hello, Dolly. Then he starts singing without his parents knowing. He studied business at the University of Miami the dropped out after a year to follow his passion for music. He began writing songs when he was seventeen years old. His first album that came out was Interscope album. “It achieved gold or platinum status in 32 countries and brought his global album sales to a total of more than 23 million.”
Enrique Iglesias is a famous and is know for many of his hit songs. Some billboard say he is “The King of Latin Pop”. He supports City Of Hope, Habitat For Humanity, Help For Heroes, Live Earth, Sweet Relief, The Salvation Army, Play For Life, Love Hope Strength. These are all the charities he supports.
