I am in agreement with you whole heartily about the technique to improve our writing skills. Learning to monitor how we speak is essential in developing clear and concise writing abilities. My first year at Bethel was the toughest. I could not string a group of words together without sounding like I was in the park hanging out with friends. The process of learning how to improve my writing proficiency was frustrating and long. The process required me to change my mindset to change my speech pattern although; I have not obtained my goal. However, I am more tolerable of the educational process now.

Chapter 23 gives examples for how to: include enough information to back up your ideas, but not so much information that it covers up what you want to say.
