Reflective Final
English IV has taught me well, as in typing and reading. We have read a lot of books this past year, and a few stories from the English literature book. When I get to college, the reading will help me out a lot. We have done a lot of essays and I believe it will help me in the future. When I get to college I think that my English IV class will help me with my papers that I will have to be writing. English IV is something that will help at the college level as far as, reading, writing, and public speaking.
I believe I have learned a lot in this class. I have also improved in many categories. I have learned about the MLA format that was provided. The MLA format was difficult at first but I have improved a lot as time went by. I have also improved on the way I type my essays. I was not very good at typing essays at the beginning of the year or even before. Now I have learned better and I make better grades …show more content…
The way English IV has taught me as far as, format, reading, how to use google docs, and emailing will improve my knowledge for college level essays. From the beginning of English IV to the end of English IV, I have learned to improve the way I write essays and improve the way I read also. We have read a lot of good books, my favorite, “A time to kill” is one of my favorite books. Overall English IV has helped me out a lot for my college future as far as reading and writing. English IV has also taught me some common stuff such as emailing and how to use google docs. I was never big to emailing before English IV, but now I have improved at it much more than I would have thought I would. Google docs was introduced to me in English IV also, I never used Google docs before English IV and it was difficult at first but I improved and that will help in the future for me.
