My experience to English 1101 was totally different from my high school English class, but it was also a good learning experience. Making the transition from high school was a lot different because of the fact that college you only have the class for a semester and in high school you have the same teacher all year. I learned a few things last year in English 1101 that I didn't know. I learned how to do a film analysis on the movie The Village and how the colors from the movie had a meaning behind them.
