Enertea And Rush Strategy

In the simulation we only had our distribution channel in USA and our prime target was to gain brand equity over taste conscious consumers in USA. Our major primary competitors were companies that targeted taste conscious consumer and they were Enertea, Power hour and Rush with score of 69%, 75% and 100% respectively in taste on 8th period. However, we were able to rank higher than Enertea and Rush because of higher brand awareness which made us quite different. Although, we had low brand awareness and fell behind ranking from teams like Rush Energy, RoadRunner and Aquavent. All over the simulation we never bought a research report as there was plenty of information on the performance report that we needed and was available to all
