Energy Drinks Body

Energy drinks aren't that bad for you. Adults can consume about 400 milligrams of caffeine a day. That would equal a 20-ounce venti at starbucks or two bottles of 5 hours of energy. Too much caffeine can block your source of adenosine. Adenosine helps you sleep so when you don't have that you can't really sleep. Drinking more than 2 energy drinks could mess with your heart. It could even increase your blood sugar. It could also affect the pace that your heart beats at. Too much energy could also lead to mood problems. People say when you are tired take a energy drink. But do you think that they think about the bad thinks that energy drinks do to your body? I don't. I think that they just drink them because they don't think that stuff
