Peter is the mastermind behind the actions that he and Val take in world political affairs, and he is motivated by his thirst for power. His lack of compassion makes Peter a man devoid of humanity
. The conflict in this book is that everything turns into violence. Ender starts to become more more violent with others.”This was supposed to be a game not a choice between his own grisly death and an even worse murder. I’m a murder, even when I play. Peter would be proud of me”(62) He has a lot of conflict with other people and can be very violent at some times because he is willing to kill just to stand up for himself.
Climax occurs when Ender fights what he think is his final test in command school but actually its the last battle of the third invasions.”You’re too old to be a student ”(Ender)”One is never too old to be a student of the enemy.
