The novel tells the story about a young boy named Andrew Thomas Wiggin, commonly known as Ender Wiggin. A brilliant young man who wears a monitor that allows the officials of the military to see if he is eligible for Battle school. His siblings, Peter and Valentine also wore this monitor but neither was selected or wore it as long as Ender did that’s why Peter hated Ender. He believed that he was better than Ender and even when the monitor was removed it does not decrease his anger. After Ender’s monitor was taken out, Stilson and several of his classmates beat him thinking that the officials no longer watched what happens to Ender.
