While the Pygmies hunt for food and survival supplies, the Bantus try to take them before so they can destroy the Pygmies. The Bantus used to take the Pygmy children and force them to work by building their houses. The Bantus forbid the children from going to school and learning in order for them to work and satisfy the Bantus. After all of that, they sometimes give them little to no salary and they beat them up instead. Just because the Bantus are building their houses, they scare the animals away which make sit even harder for the Pygmies to live and stay in Central Africa. Beside the Bantus, the Pygmies had problems as a culture against the rest of the world. First of all, the Pygmies lacked human rights and they were discriminated against. Moreover, they had social structural issues, which weren’t supported by the countries, but only male dominant leaders as well as, political recognition problems, where they had low status and it was even harder for them to defend and keep their pieces of land. At last, the Pygmies had been enslaved for generations until 2008, but 100 years later, they were released. Nevertheless, they didn't have any recognition, money, or even a job. Not specifically the Pygmies, but other cultures too. One way the conflicts between the Bantu and the Pygmies can be resolved is through kindness. Being acceptable and reasonable will reduce aggressive and negative actions amongst others. Studies show that the Pygmies have lower level of illnesses compared to the Bantu populations. The Pygmies may reach an agreement with the Bantu to help them reduce the illness levels they have and the Bantu will give them land-owning rights and help them achieve recognition. This can also happen with other any other culture. It doesn't have to be illness, but trading and communicating with others can create alliances and agreements within the cultures and countries. This will lead to fewer arguments between both sides and eventually fewer losses. Protecting endangered cultures are important because every person who saves a culture even with an idea he will feel good inside himself and also the people that have been saved will be grateful for you.
