If people see that the current economic system we have in place does not work for the benefit of people why still keep it? Do people not realize that nothing last forever and that if we keep destroying or using up all the valuable recourses well eventually run out of them? It’s been said that the problem is not the amount of available recourses but the way it all of distribution, then why do people let sixteen thousand children die daily of starvation. Personally for me I do not understand how someone can let another die when there is a form to prevent a death of a person. If we have a conscious and compassion that set us apart from the animal kingdom why do we utilize it when it comes to our fellow neighbors of the world? There is a saying that money makes the world spin but does it really count when there’s always a possibility of another stock market crash? What happens then when money is used to help light a fire like in Germany because it had become inflated that there was no other use for it. Will people realize then that it not all about the money after all? A quote from the film that struck me was “people who are content with having what they have, hot meals every day and think that they made it in life are wrong because it is all temporary and uncertain.” This quote holds a a truth that most people do not think about when we really should think about it and do something to help out the world because we only have
