End Game Action Plan

Now that I am progressing toward my graduation, with about 2 to 3 semesters left it is essentially required that I begin to come up with an end game action plan that I will follow as closely as possible. Following an action plan like this will assist me if I ever come to the point of wondering what to tackle next, or if I become lost. This action plan will not be set in stone, but rather something I mold as I progress towards my end goal, which I have already set for myself by visiting with a career advisor and going through an initial evaluation. My end goal by the time of graduating is to be in a position of having a full-time job offer at a corporate company working as a Financial Analyst.

To begin, I will address the actions I have done and plan to accomplish while still in college. At the beginning of this semester starting in GEB 3005, right out of the gate we were required to build

I will achieve this by continuing to apply the work ethic that I have in college that I have used to keep up my grades, participate in extracurricular activities, and volunteer. Instead of performing these collegiate activities, however, I will focus instead on being an active and helpful part of the department into which I am hired. I will always be timely, follow directions, and complete everything required of me and more to not only secure raises, but to also secure promotions in the company and to help solidify myself in the company for the foreseeable future and to move into senior management positions.

In conclusion, creating, following, and molding a career action plan is of utmost importance to me. With the use of that, and my experiences in college researching and discovering what I am passionate and versed in, as well as applying myself in numerous other aspects I have found what career path I desire to pursue from this point
