It would be an honor to serve as a Flight Sergeant at the Indiana Wing Encampment 2018. I believe that I would be a useful asset to your Encampment because I feel that my personal and team leadership skills have grown to an notable level. In my first year of CAP, I learned to better my personal leadership skills, and I would now like to better my skills by leading a flight. I believe that this experience would be both a great learning experience and a healthy challenge for me.
