A. The moral issue that this case raises is whether or not it is morally permissible for the government to accept the proposal made by Enbridge even if it comes with many concerns. Again, I understand why the government would want to accept Enbridge's proposal due to its benefits. However, due to the amount of harm that it could create for aboriginals and animals, I think that it becomes obvious that the government should not accept this project.
B. The main values that are at stake in this case are caring, understanding and environmentalism. The value of caring means that one should display kindness and concerns for others. Basically, I think that when someone acts, he should think about the consequences
