En/111 Reflection

Improved Essays
During the course of my EN 111 class there have been many things that I enjoyed and a couple of things that I did not. First of all I particularly enjoyed the discussions that the class would have about the stories that we had to read. I liked this because when reading the story on my own sometimes it was hard to understand what was happening. When the class would discuss the stories aloud I was able to get more of an understanding out of it. Finding the deeper meaning was easier when we would discuss it together. All of the stories out of the book were good reads I would suggest to use those stories again the only one that I personally did not enjoy was the story about the red convertible it was long and sort of difficult to fully understand

1.Since it 's the beginning of a new year in college, it would be good to at least analysis my progress during high school, check for any improvements, and apply them to the new school year at college. Also this assignment will give us a set image on what can I expect from my intentions for the years ahead. It is necessary for IDH 1001 because it gives us a reflection of ourselves which we can take our reflection to somewhat predict the future in the Honors College. 2.This assignment will make me mindful about the things I write about myself as well as the reflection of my true character. It’s easy enough to dramatize how great I am as a student; however, this assignment is like a test of honesty; it will set a unique difference of my character than setting up the common theme of just a good student at school.…

After today’s class discussion, I was able to learn new and different ways to take data. It was interesting to see how similar and different recording data can be depending on the goal and disorder. For example, last semester I did not find it as hard to track data for my accent modification client. However, this semester I have changed the way I keep track of data during sessions. My client is working on basic age appropriate sounds mainly because she exhibits a lot of phonological processes.…

During the first half of the semester for ENC 1102, I believe that my writing skills have improved from ENC 1101; some of which are getting to page length, correctly citing a source, and incorporating how a quote is related to my argument. I still have some errors within my writing that I have not quite figured out how to tackle. Some concepts that I have not gotten down to a tee must be coming up with a thesis statement, basic grammar errors, introducing quotations, and repetition. I have also learned how to distinguish the difference between a personal essay and an argumentative essay with first hand on the two types and how why my grade differed from essay one and two.…

Although this assignment seemed dreadful, this essay made me realize how much was expected of me, and how far my writing was from those expectations. The Discourse Community Essay was so close to those expectations, and the Informative Essay was right where I wanted it to be.…

EN222 Final Reflection Essay 1000 word minimum MLA Format EN222 was not exactly a class that I was excited about seeing on my schedule this semester. Literature is not something I had ever really enjoyed. I went back and forth with my advisor on whether or not I needed the class. I know that ENC 1143 is more focused on reading a number of novels and being able to comprehend and ask questions about them, but I am not positive what kind of writing is expected in the class. I do know, however, that students come out of the class being able to understand higher level text, and are able to write at a very high level. Having recently taken ENC 1101, I will be ready for the course load and will have writing skills fresh in my mind. I believe that the skills and assets I learn in ENC 1143 will be used in any reading and writing I do for years to come. I have always…
