Before beginning the collection of data, every member of the organization was given a consent form (see Appendix A). The survey was given through a service, known as EmpSur. In order to ensure the participants are comfortable answering honestly, they are assured that their information was stripped of any identity and they will be kept completely anonymous. The sample of 219 employees was divided up into 21 groups of 10 employees and one group of 9 employees in order to break them up. This was done so that the small groups could go in to the room (one group at a time) to take the survey.
