According to book, there are several questions stakeholders should have in mind, that will help them complete their objectives. Having the answers for those questions will most likely help them improve and find correct paths to complete on their program/task. One questions given from the book, “What are the goals, target population, and desired outcomes for your school/ community/state? (Fitzpatrick, 2001)”.
Basically, Empowerment Evaluation, address help to those who are building a new goal, creates confidence and self-determination. And very important is the people who surrounds your that help you make better decision in developing what is desired.
