There are many employees who have not carried on their education after high school. Those individuals make a living by working in service industries. Most service industries treat their employees well, yet others work their staff members tirelessly. Individuals working long hours who get paid minimum wage, have to keep a budget in their daily life. This causes many issues for laborers working long hours to support their family. In personal opinion employees should not start a strike with service industries simply because they do not like the amount they are getting paid. Employees should understand that they are getting paid what they signed up for, they are working long hours as a personal choice, and they can further their education. Service industries are mainly looked upon as a side job and not a full-time career. Employees who work at such industries are very well aware of the amount they will be getting paid per hour. It is understandable when employees strike to increase minimum wage, but workers can leave their current job as they please. When an individual fills out a job application for any service industry they are very well aware of the approximate amount of income they will be receiving.
