The following measures were undertaken to measure the performance of the Employee Ultima project
Return on investment
The most appropriate formula to measure this is net benefits divided by costs and by multiplying the result by 100.

This calculation determines the percentage return of investment made. The net benefits include contribution to profit, saving costs in travel expenditure, cost of resource, improvement initiative costs of the conference etc.
Cost of quality
This is the amount the project team loses because of the work that is not done right at the first time. This may occur if the Software does not meet its expectations. These costs would include rework, inspection, and replacement, and damage of reputation of West Breeze.

Cost of performance
This is an index which is helped to measure cost efficiency. This is determined by dividing the value of work by the actual costs that it took to earn the value. The ability to actually forecast cost performance allows the project to reduce financial risk.

Schedule performance
This is the index of total original authorized investment versus total final project duration
