Jeff Cagle-Indicated he understood everything on his evaluation. He has no questions.
Benny Clark- Extremely grateful for his raise. He was not expecting one. He knew business was slow. Indicated he enjoyed doing the ClarkMart and Rudy is his R&D guy. He understood the clutter around his working area was his fault. He is going to build shelves to organize his area. Benny indicated to Randy an interest in learning how to write basic threading programs.
Chad Cooper- He thanked Randy, Mark, and Patty for their understanding regarding his personal problems this year. He wants to learn other machines including mills and lathes. He is appreciative of his yearly raise.
Keith Henson- He had neither questions nor comments.
Steven Henson- He is grateful for his raise. He thanked everyone in the room for putting up with his behavior this year. He indicated his attitude for next year was going to improve

He is happy to receive one, they are hopeful next year will be better. Enjoys working for Matrix. We all work well together. We are a team. There is no one person that does more than the other. I have worked here for years and Dave Wright and I go way back.
Jake Woodard- He agreed with his evaluation and indicated that he would like to get cross trained on other machines and cells. He continues to learn more welding. Grateful for everything Matrix has done for him.
David Wright- He is not expecting a raise, but is happy. He knows business is slow. He and Steven Woolf have always worked together. He likes all his co-workers. They all work together well. Everyone here knows their job plus what is required to get the product out. He never realized how much machining he actually knew until Tim Butler left and he started to train Joseph. He really enjoys working with Joseph. He is smart and nice. All Joseph needs is more experience and practice with our product. He is a great addition to the

There was points that were informative such as the 3PL (3rd Party Logistics). Third Party Logistics is an additional company that provides a service to their customers by outsourcing. CH Robinson does use the 3PL, the do not own trucks but they are the middle man for businesses that have shipping needs.
