Employee Compensation Response Paper

This is an accepted Kansas worker’s compensation claim involving a 34 year old female (now 52). On 07/29/99, while in the course and scope of her duties; the injured employee (employee) was selling bales of hay to a buyer. The purchased bales were being stacked by a fellow worker, when the stack shifted falling on the employee.
