Numerical Memory Study Consent Form
You are being asked to take part in a research study of how much numerical information you can retain. What the study is about: The purpose of this study is to learn how well you can remember a sequence of numbers using the Auditory and Visual tests.
What we will ask you to do: If you agree to be in this study, we will provide you with a link to the test via the internet using a classroom number. You will click on the link and begin the test will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and after completion you may access your results. The data is also available for you to access the rest of the individuals in your case study.
Risks: There are no physical risks involved in this case study. The only physiological risk to be considered are the disagreement with the methods used, possible feelings of inferiority, frustration, boredom, and possible external distractions. …show more content…
