Course objective
7th Grade: Emphasis on the historical foundations of Civil War and Reconstruction. The history of Westward Expansion, the Industrial Revolution, Immigration, Progressivism, and World War I are also studied. Students will also learn to analyze and evaluate historical materials which offer varied perspectives.
Textbook: Discovering Our Past, McGraw Hill, 2014.Directions to access online textbook are published on my website.
Progress Reports: Progress reports are available upon request or can be viewed daily through PowerSchool. PowerSchool Access Information: Parents/Guardians that do not have a login code for their child can get one at the front office.
