The first topic introduced the elements of effective self-management in the workplace and I would like to use the activity of Emotional Intelligence (EI) Self-Assessment as an example to reflect my learning and experience in this session. This was an individual self-assessment questionnaire in scorecard which took me about eight minutes to complete and I got 60% mark. This was a beneficial activity because the questionnaire allowed me to put myself into the situation easily and chose the immediate response for those questions. Some of them were marked low and I realized there were better solutions to deal with the problems after reading the evaluation basis.
