It was seen from the beginning that Donald Trump had a very different way of portraying himself compared to Hillary Clinton. Emotional intelligence is very important when people look at examine the possible effectiveness of a leader. They will examine the different aspects seen in emotional intelligence and see how the potential leader demonstrates those qualities. Donald Trump from the very first debate, was seen to show a rather low level of emotional intelligence, and that never really changed throughout the three debates.
