Based on the result from the American Journal of Public Health, it found out that the person who lived in the developed countries the risk of suffering from the obesity is much higher than the developing countries, because of the urban setting has provided a perfect location and economic environment for those fast food restaurant. For example, in New Jersy, America, there are already got 12183 outlets of the fast food restaurant or convenience store, that mean people can be conveniently to buy food anywhere. However, mostly of the food they sell in the fast food restaurant or convenience store are unhealthy or including lot of ingredients which may cause obesity. Moreover, although the fast food restaurant have slightly provide vegetables or less salt in their food, the food are still contain lot of salt or sugar inside, it cannot reduce the probability of suffering from the obesity (Pruchno & Wilso-Genderson & Gupta, 2014). Furthermore, the survey from the Health of Wisconsin has also claimed that nearly half of the people who lived in urban setting will eat fast food more than twice a week, and each fast food meal can be increased 8% chance to risk of obesity.
