On 6/18/15 3 former foster children alleged emotional abuse. The children, Heavenly Broom DOB 9/29/02, Honesty Broom DOB 11/12/06, and Trinity Broom DOB 3/26/04 were reported to have suffered abuse by FM. Per Heavenly during a session on 6/17/15 she disclosed that she and Trinity were abused by then foster mother (FM) Rosa Valdez. When Heavenly and Trinity got in trouble the FM would put them in car seat and then put them in a dark room for long periods of time. According to Heavenly the showers had occurred at least 4 or 5 times. Heavenly disclosed the FM would grab her by the arm and drag her to the bathroom where the FM would make them take cold showered with their clothes on. This abuse happened 4 or 5 times.
