Emotion is shown best through “The Number Man by Phil Kaye”. The emotion best shown through bitterness or frustration. The poem is about a computer who has been replaced by a new and improved computer. The poem says “ Is that what it means to be human to be all powerful, to build a temple to yourself and leave only the walls to pray.” This shows emotion by showing how people can just build a life for them and then just walk away from it all.
