Emotion Focused Coping Method

When I am stress, I use the Emotion-focused coping method. The Emotion-focused coping method is when you attempts to regulate emotional responses to the source of stress. I use that method because sometimes doing track I get so hyped up so I use that method to cool me down same as Prime Intensity.
