Justin, Brain, and Emma was spanked on last night (2/7/2018) by their father (Charles). The children were told not to move off the couch in the living room. Emma got up to used the bathroom and was spanked by Charles. Justin and Brain were playing and was whipped by Charles with a belt. Justin has a bruise on the back if his right leg above his knee. Justin stated to the reporter that: "He hit his knee on a table at church last night.' Brian has a bruise on his right upper arms and his right leg above his knee. Brian stated to the reporter that, "He fell or slipped out of the tub last night." It is unknown if Emma has bruise or mark on her. The children did not seek medical attention. The children are not complaining of any pain.

Haylee, Justin, and Brain wrote a statement about the incident that occurred last night. Haylee stated that: "Her dad (Charles) was sick and was trying to sleep. They were told by Charles to sit down on the couch in the living room and be quiet. They were waiting to go to church. Emma got up and went to the bathroom. The dad spanked Emma. It is unknown what Emma was spanked with. Emma's mother (Tiffany) came out of the kitchen. Tiffany told Charles, "this does not make any sense she (Emma) is only three-years-old. Brain and Justin were whipped with a belt." It is unknown what type of belt. Brain and Justin were not whipped with the buckle of the belt. Justin stated that: "His dad (Charles) told them to go sit down in the living room. They were not to moved off the couch. He and his brother (Brain) were playing in the living room. Charles got up a whip them with a belt for playing. Emma was playing with Charles' hand (unknown). Brain stated that: "Their dad (Charles) told them to be quiet and do not move off the couch. They were not on the couch where their dad told them to be. Justin and "Me" got a whipping." Justin stated that: "Just a regular whipping. It was not as bad as the other." It is unknown
