"How are you feeling?" Iris says, walking to where Emma's laying and feeling her forehead. "I'll make you some soup."

"Starbucks with Chanyeol."

"Get me a drink!"

"Yes they do?" Iris just shrugs.

She grabs her bag, walking towards the door. "Don't die." She yells before leaving the apartment.

"Wait! what about my soup?" Emma calls out. Iris shuts the door without any response."What the fuck?..Bitch." Emma says miserably before sneezing. She struggles to lift it to her ear

"They're idiots." Iris says, sighing. "Running around in the rain." she shakes her head.

"Lay wouldn't even get up to make me breakfast today. He always makes me breakfast." Chanyeol pouts.

"Why doesn't Emma do that for me? Chub chub wanted me to make her soup, hah, as if." She says, snorting, "She better not eat my corn soup."

Chanyeol rests his hand on top of her head, a smile on his face. "You're so cute."

"My head is not your armrest." Iris shakes his hand off. "Why is this line so long?" They've been standing in Starbucks for ten minutes now, waiting for their turn to order.

Chanyeol ruffles her hair, "Patience, little one." Iris

"Lay?" She calls out. She sets the two bowls of soup on the table before walking to his room. "Lay?" She repeats, tapping the door as she opens it. Lay lifts his head up from the pillow.

"Emma?" he asks, a little disoriented.

"Told you you'd get sick." She says, entering the room. She sneezes three times in a row and lets out a deep breath.

"You're sick too." Lay points out.

"Thanks doctor obvious." She says, plopping down next to him. "I made soup."

"Thank you." Lay says, turning his head towards Emma. "I couldn't make Chanyeol breakfast today." He says sadly.

"You sweetheart you." Emma purses her lips. "Channy doesn't deserve you." She sighs, "Let's go have the soup." She says, getting up and reaching over to help

Standing on the curb, Veronica pulled her jacket tighter against the breeze, and exhaled the slightest bit when the charger came into view. Through the car’s heavy tint, she couldn’t see the driver exactly, but the effortlessly smug look from the driver’s seat when she climbed in was instantly familiar. Hands at her sides, feeling the seat’s leather as he peeled away from the curb, Veronica had to miss the bike, a little. Sure, the threat of death rang less imminent, even in the seat termed ‘shotgun,’ but oddly enough, sharing a console felt more intimate than the physical proximity of sharing the motorcycle. “Are you gonna tell me what this is about?”…

Near the large setting sun, warm golden light shone through large open castle windows, each intricately decorated with elegant carvings in metal. The remaining light beams radiated over the large city, with equally beautiful and perfect buildings with twisting roads and busy citizens. Far away, separating the perfect city where new trees were growing, tall grasses were flourishing and odd species of animals were thriving in new forests. A large cliff, most likely a fault that was pushed to soar in the cold sky, was grinding over the lower plate.…
