Marketing Communication: Love of Labor a Trauma Facility that will provide Emergency trauma services to Migrants, Farmers and travelers within a 50-100-mile radius in a Rural Area.
Internal/External Communication: Our objective is to make sure that each person that is involved in the organization is on the same page. In order for this to be accomplished we will have monthly meeting with stakeholders and sent out mailers via email to all staff members informing them of the results of the meetings by either using external or internal communication methods such as the ones that follow: telephone, telefax, postal and telegraphic services, local messenger, face to face, mass communication and internet. Making sure that they are stabilized by receiving the required services that are deemed necessary for them to be transported to rehab or another experienced facility. Since our focus is on stabilizing the patient it will be similar to that of others, but tailored as follows:
• A monthly Newsletter that will be distributed in the mail that gives emphases on the facility by giving a detailed description of the services that is provided and the times and dates that the trauma center will be open.
• Billboard with facilities logo that expresses the mission and vision of the facility along with the centers address, phone number and times of service.
• Flyers let individuals within the community know about the services we provide. Outsourcing this way will ensure that people within this small community are aware of location and times services are available.
• Community Involvement such as Family Awareness Day or Helping a Neighbor Day is a good outsource, because this is a time when everyone gets together within the
