Some cities have not adapted to benefit all their citizens, including seniors. Emerald-Sea city will be the city of the future for seniors. With a population of 704,352 it has to be. It’s also located in Washington, which is by water. Being by water is helpful because people like to retire by beaches sometimes. It has been around for 166 years already and I don’t think it’s going anywhere. Our city has a cool, rainy climate. It also has a good economy, they are financially stable. Emerald-Sea City has many modes of transportation, buses, boats, etc. We want to have education for all and people to help the seniors if they need help. We also want to make sure everybody is safe. For our futuristic elements, we want to make stairs easier
