Embodies My Leadership Philosophy

Decent Essays
As a leader, I want to inspire and build relationships by displaying integrity, trust, and respect for others. A leader is open minded and approachable as Marcel Proust wrote, "...they are the charming gardener who make our souls blossom." It is important for leaders to recognize strengths in others and help nurture them towards growth and improvement.

This artifact embodies my leadership philosophy because people must have trust and respect in one another to follow each other. A leader is like the hand in this image providing support, guidance, and the confidence for its' crossers to excel professionally and personally.
