I remember watching “Iron Man” in 2008. Iron Man is one of the best action films in Marvel series. This film is based on innovative technology and science. As most people know, in this film, there is a superhero named Tony Stark. Stark is a billionaire, running Stark Industries in New York. I have a habit that I always do research on a film only after watching an inspirational film. After watching “Iron Man” and researching the film, I found out that Elon Musk is the inspiration for the character of Tony Stark in the film. According to director Jon Favreau, Musk is a person who could give us insight to the Tony Stark character in the film. For SpaceX, the company has developed two types of launch vehicles and a reusable spacecraft. The two types of launch vehicles are Falcon 1 and Falcon 9. In 2008, SpaceX was the first private company that developed a liquid fuel rocket, Falcon 1, to launch a satellite into Earth orbit. In 2012, SpaceX invented the other launch vehicle which was Falcon 9. Falcon 9 was also the first private rocket that could go to the International Space Station. According to Bogdan, this company received a National Aeronautics and Space Administration contract that is worth $3.1 billion dollars from NASA in 2008. For the mission, SpaceX has flown ten supply rockets to resupply the Space Station. Moreover, SpaceX developed the reusable spacecraft named Dragon that could travel in space. With these successes, SpaceX is now developing Falcon Heavy which could carry payload weighing more than twice than the payload of the US Space Shuttle. If this is successful, this rocket would be the most powerful rocket in the world. On the other hand, Musk is focusing on new technologies in Tesla and SolarCity. In Tesla, Tesla aims to standardize hands-free driving mode in the world and makes great electric cars. In SolarCity, SolarCity researches on improving solar power system and utilizes solar power to everywhere without using petroleum. Thus, Musk has invented great new
