The two people I would consider to be excellent leaders is Elon Musk and Tom Brady. Elon Musk is a transformational leader. He is an entrepreneur, engineer, investor, and inventor. Some of his well-known attributions is with SpaceX, PayPal, SolarCity, and Tesla Inc. Musk is one of the wealthiest people in the world. His leadership goals are to revolve his visions to change the world’s humanity. He supports sustainable energy production and consumption to reduce global warming. Including, the risk of human extinction by making life multiplanetary and a high-speed transportation system known as Hyperloop. With his set of abilities and education background, he heavily influences others for the need of change, creates visions to guide the change, …show more content…
Brady is New England Patriots starting quarterback. He displays both values of leadership with his actions on and off the field. Teamwork is the most important factor in football, which involves routine and regimented activities. Brady follows a strict schedule of practice and demonstrates it on game days. He works closely with his teammates to mode them into the perfect unit. Brady has gain respect by his authenticity, deep passion of what he does, and communicates in a way that reaches out to everyone around him. This is why he also fits into charismatic leadership traits. Brady shows interpersonal attraction that inspires support and acceptance. He has a lot of confidence in his beliefs, ideals, and strong need to influence his team. Brady is known to have high expectations from himself and his teammates. His amazing skills of charisma and desire for perfection influences the team to work hard for successful results. He supports and energizes his team from start to finish. Brady is the right person for this position because of his overall character and devotion in all what he does. He leads from the front, continuously motivates his teammates, takes responsibility, and shares the glory. I believe he is a great leader because of his level of professionalism, setting the pace for the organizational culture, competitive drive, work ethic, and more.
