Building an effective team amongst teachers can be a hard task to achieve. Skuza, (2013) recommends that in order to organize an effective team first and foremost roles and responsibilities must be given to each team member. For instance, as a former retail manager I organized teams upon a certain criteria. One criteria was based upon the individual’s values and goals be that as it may pairing individuals with the same goals creates an environment where all team members are working towards a common goal. That criteria would be different per manager and the situation the team is built on. The following teachers at Elmwood Center would be paired together.
