This is not true. It would have to be tempered by statistical possibilities for future outcomes vs effects on the mother, which since her life and potential could be calculated with more certainty and a smaller degree of error and so would have to be weighted differently. I also realize that this could be viewed negatively due to the fact that it implies that the value of the life of one unborn child (one in a rich family for example) and another (one who will be indoctrinated into a child army for example) differs, but I beleive that we already agree with this subconciously, and it also leads to the fact that one of the greatest and most important moral responsibilities would first be to increase the potential for those with the smallest potential, as it would have the greatest impact on society in general. I believe this could describe our innate evolutionarily inherited moral propensities perfectly, however, I was hoping you could point me towards some supporting or conflicting resources to expand my mind and/or help me come to my own conclusions or
