Elliot Jones: A Short Story

Elliot Jones was a wealthy man. He was lawyer at the Universal law firm in California. He lives at a beach house, with three german shepherds. He had a cherry red ferrari, and a dark navy blue motorcycle. He didn’t have any friends and most of his family member didn’t get want to get out of their way to talk to him. The only company that he had was people at his law firm and his two dogs. Not even people at his law firm like him very much.
Elliot wasn’t a nice person. He never treated anyone with any respect or any ounce of kindness. Although this is one person that Elliot has shown some type of kindness towards. Her name was, Elizabeth Monroe. They have known each other ever since they were little kids, when Elliot was still somewhat nice.

“Why are you so mean?” Elizabeth asks all of a sudden, angry.
Elliot tells her, “I just don't want my best friend to date someone who doesn't deserve her”
“How would you know that? You haven't spoke to me in years” Elizabeth says even angrier. “You are so mean. You don’t show anyone any kindness. Maybe if you did I would consider talking to you” She tells him storming out of the rec room ,trying to avoid all of the eyes of her coworkers.
That day Elliot sat at his desk looking back at his life. All the times he made fun of someone smaller than him. All the time he ignored Elizabeth when she needs him the most. All the times he cheated to get where he is today. Elliot knew that day he need to change himself. He didn’t like the guy that he saw in the mirror anymore.
He started talking kindly to people. He started conversations with people for not reason, especially if he notices that they are having a bad day. Over the time All these changes are being made Elizabeth notices.
They started to talk like they used to. They became friends again. When Elizabeth needed a shoulder to cry on Elliot was there. He started to talk to his family again. He never really knew how much he missed having these type of
